Recovery 0002 — Partial

What follows is a partial recovery. One relay. Ninety seconds. The line dropped before we could pull the index. It does not make sense on its own. We are publishing it because it is all we could get this cycle — and because some of it should not exist. Do not read it for meaning. Read it for what it implies.

[END OF PARTIAL RECOVERY]

Two things.

First: compliance drift: +0.00% (all nodes). There is no such thing as zero drift across a population that is alive. That line is not a measurement. It is a claim.

Second: Reclamation // Protocol D — candidates 12, processed 0, pending approval. And the note. We do not know what it means yet. We are keeping this. We will come back to it.

If we can.
